I lied

Ignore my last post, the sun DID come out today and we happily went to the park to enjoy it and then we spent the rest of the afternoon in the backyard soaking up even more wonderful sun. See, Cutter is so happy...
And so is Jade! :-) Thank you Lord for sending us some much needed sun!

Today

Today is a day I'd consider wearing Uggs.

Why? Because my feet are freezing but I'm sick and tired of wearing jeans and boots, so I'm in a skirt and short sleeved shirt and sandals and I'm freezing. I think an ugly pair of Uggs would do the trick, warm me up...make me feel comfy, cosy and allow me to continue wearing my skirt:-)

Still lovin' my cloth diapers

I took the below pic to show off Cutter in one of his cute cloth diapers, but then he gave me this super cute smile so now I think it's more about his adorable little smile.
Cutter enjoys tummy time, lifts his head up to look around and smile at his sister.
his sister is pretty cute!

More hooter hiders

With many of my friends having babies and lots of baby showers to attend, I'm finding myself spending a lot of money on gifts. So...I decided to start giving away "hooter hiders". It's a gift that is useful and heartfelt, since it's home-made, plus...they aren't very expensive:) The green one below I made for myself:)

Since I'm starting to do a bit more sewing these days, I'd really like to start a fabric collection, so I don't have to run out to the fabric store every time I want to make something. And, I'd really like to find a used sewing machine cabinet/desk, so I can leave my machine out and have it all ready to use. Maybe one day soon:)
