If I were good about blogging I'd aspire to keep a food blog. As I've mentioned in posts, once or twice before, I'd love to one day give my children family cookbooks with recipes we've made and loved, during their childhood. No one wants a recipe book without pictures. Sadly, my photography skills are extremely limited and food is a tough one to look pretty if you don't know what your doing.
Still, I do attempt to photograph our little meals and store them on my computer in hopes that one day I can make a family cookbook
Today is one of those rare afternoons where I am able to take a quick snapshot of lunch for later use. We had a leftover Italian sausage link a few eggs, lettuce, feta and corn tortillas. My kids always enjoy breakfast inspired meals, and this one was super easy and fast to make
I warmed the tortillas on a non greased pan and we were good to go.
