There once was a fence in despair
It was weak and needed repair
With just a kick of their shoe
Young kids could get through
This fence that sat in despair
One day a new fence appeared
Built strong so it would be feared
All the kids that would try
would look to the sky
And their eyes would fill up with tears
But then while counting out cents
I looked and saw our new fence
And to my dismay
The kids got their way
Again, I saw an old broken fence.

Do you live in a bad neighborhood or next door to the Little Rascals! I think you need a dog!
we don't live in a bad neighborhood. But there is an apartment complex across the way where the little "Rascals" live. They mess up a lot of the stuff in our neighborhood, it's really frustrating.
