Brown Sugar

While making cookies the other day I was scooping out some brown sugar and found myself staring at it as it slowly fell into place in my measuring cup. Every time I scoop up brown sugar I find myself drawn to it's texture and the way it seems to continually move as it settles.

I do love brown sugar, it tastes great and makes cookies smell so good. I just wished to share that with all of you.
